Right of withdrawal


If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the sales contract, send us a declaration of withdrawal in any form of your choice (for example in an email or via registered mail). You follow the steps described below.

Please note:

We kindly ask you to send back only the products purchased directly from OTCF S.A.

Products manufactured by OTCF S.A. and bought from other retailers should be returned to those retailers. If you accidentally send us the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Office: +48 12 351 06 70; bok@otcf.pl no later than 30 days from the delivery date of the shipment to our warehouse. In case of no contact within this period, the package will be disposed of.

Please note that the cost of retrieving the mistakenly sent product lies with the sender who wishes to retrieve it. Due to the safety of our customers and employees, we do not provide the option for personal pickup of incorrectly dispatched packages. To retrieve such a package, please generate a label with one of the courier companies we cooperate with: DPD, INPOST, DHL.

STEP 1.
Sign in to outhorn.com (using your username and password). Then click on the "Your account" button (upper right-hand corner).

STEP 2.

In the menu on the left, click on "SUBMISSIONS”, and then click on the "Withdraw from the contract” button. When you see your order, click "DETAILS" and then "RETURN".

STEP 3.

When you see the withdrawal form, choose the product(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity.

STEP 4.
Fill in the box "Return description" - please state your reasons for returning the produxt(s).

STEP 5.
Enter your bank account number.

STEP 6.
Click the "SEND NOTIFICATION” button.

Send an e-mail to support@outhorn.com. In the subject line write "Contract withdrawal, order No.:". In the message write your name and surname, address, phone number, bank account number, order number and the information about the product(s) you wish to return.









Finalization of the withdrawal

(the same in both cases)


STEP 1.

Wait for the confirmation email. In the message you will find the necessary return number (write it on the package) and the shipping address.

STEP 2.

Pack the product to be returned. Remember, write the return number on the package.

STEP 3.

Send your parcel to the following address:

NOTE!

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all the amounts received from you, except for any additional costs you incurred in connection with the selected method of delivery of the returned goods, which is different than the regular, cheapest method of delivery that we offer.


Please note that all declarations of withdrawal are submitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the online store, including the rules of personal data protection.
